He is made aware of the ratings of the selected room and when he accepts to check into the room, the details are recorded and he is given a Card containing his Hotel Identification Number and other details. The day is automatically counted as day 1. The Guest, upon request, may be provided with additional facilities in the selected room at a cost set by the administration. The Guest may also be provided services i.e. meals in the room at an extra fee billed on the Hotel Card he provides. When he checks out, he hands over the Hotel Guest Card and using the Card No, the total bill is calculated of which he pays for and is provided with a receipt. BollyWood News
